COVID Safe

The COVID Safe brand promises ensure that participating parks have adopted best practice management and health and safety procedures in response to COVID –19. These practises are based on National and State Government directives and Caravan and Camping Industry Association guidelines.

           

COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy

COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay:

  • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19

  • You are forced into self-isolation

  • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test

  • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination.

Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions.

To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly via email: park@riversideskipark.com.au or mobile phone: 0448959602.

To utilise this policy a guest must:

  • Have made their booking on riversideskipark.com.au, and;

  • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above.

 

Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions, see below.  Cancellations - please contact the park directly for cancellations.

 

Fees and strict cancellation policies apply.

Bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the first night of accommodation in full.

Any other bookings will incur a $15 cancellation fee. Amendments and cancellations must be made directly with Riverside Ski Park.

No-shows will incur a loss of deposit. No refunds or changes accepted over peak times (1st November to 30th April).

In peak times a minimum 14 days notice of cancellation must be given, no refund will be given if less than 14 days notice.

There is no refund for Christmas holiday peak period bookings after the 10 December.

Facilities may have to be closed without notice due to unforeseen circumstances and maintenance issues.

Pets

Dogs maybe allowed into Riverside Ski Park subject to written confirmation of Riverside Ski Park staff. Dogs must be leashed at all times while within Riverside Ski Park. Riverside Ski Park res

Reservations Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Deposits

Generally, the deposit is at least the cost of the first night's tariff and must be received by the Riverside Ski Park within 7 days of reserving to confirm your reservation.

Check-In Time

Check-in time is after 2pm. Earlier times may be available on request. Please confirm this with the Park at the time of reservation.

At the time of reserving please provide Riverside Ski Park staff with your estimated time of arrival.

Should you be delayed, please advise the park and inform them of your revised arrival time.

Cancellations

When making a direct reservation with a Riverside Ski Park, you acknowledge and agree that all reservations and deposits are accepted by park owners subject to the following cancellation policy guidelines.

Tariffs

The Tariffs on this website apply to the first two people occupying either accommodation or a site. There is a charge for extra persons. Generally a different tariff applies for adults (persons fifteen years of age and older) and children (persons between the ages of three and fourteen inclusive).

Infants under two years of age are free of charge at Riverside Ski Park.

All tariffs on this website represent the charges applicable per night at Riverside Ski Park. Please note the Tariffs and all other information contained herein is indicative and subject to change without notice. It is essential that you confirm the applicable tariffs and any other special conditions with Riverside Ski Park at the time of reservation.

Tariffs are set by Riverside Ski Park and may vary from time to time.

Goods and Service Tax (GST) is included in tariffs listed in this publication.
