Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on will be covered by the Riverside Ski Park’s COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy, see the 'what you need to know' section, below, for more details.



Pets allowed subject to Riverside Ski Park staff’s confirmation.


Deposits and Payments

A credit card deposit equivalent to the full cost of the booking will be required at the time of booking online. Final payments for peak weekends must be paid by the advised due date or booking will be cancelled. Cancellation policy will apply to all bookings.




Extra adults are $16.5 per night. Extra children $7.7 per night. Day visitors visiting a guest staying in the park will incur a fee from $16.5 per adult and $7.7 per child (3 - 14). Day visitors must report to reception and will not have access to the facilities without payment of the day use fee. Child Policy: infant - 0-2 years inclusive (free of charge), child - 3-14 years (extra child rate applies), adult – 15 years and above.



What you need to know

COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay:

  • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19

  • You are forced into self-isolation

  • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test

  • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination.

Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions.

To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly via email: or mobile phone: 0448959602.

To utilise this policy a guest must:

  • Have made their booking on, and;

  • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above.


Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions, see below.  Cancellations - please contact the park directly for cancellations. Fees and strict cancellation policies apply.


Bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the first night of accommodation in full.


Any other bookings will incur a $20 cancellation fee. Amendments and cancellations must be made directly with Riverside Ski Park.


No-shows will incur a loss of deposit. No refunds or changes accepted over peak times (1st November to 30th April).


In peak times a minimum 14 days notice of cancellation must be given, no refund will be given if less than 14 days notice.


There is no refund for Christmas holiday peak period bookings after 13 December to 14 January.

Facilities may have to be closed without notice due to unforseen circumstances and maintenance issues.
